Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, city and country; your answers about age, gender and hair loss; any scalp photographs you choose to upload; and how you reached this page (for example the advert or campaign).

Why we use it

To assess your hair restoration consultation, contact you about it and arrange your appointment. We rely on your explicit consent, which you give with the required checkbox on the form.

WhatsApp reminders and offers are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking your coordinator.

Your photos

Photos are stored in private storage that has no public web address. Location, camera and device details are removed before storage. Only signed-in members of Medispa’s team can view them, and each view is logged.

Who we share it with

Your details are recorded in Medispa’s customer relationship system (Zoho CRM) and our WhatsApp messaging provider (Gallabox) so our team can contact you. Photos are not sent to either.

We never send your health information or photos to Facebook, Instagram or any other advertising platform.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide your care and meet legal obligations, and delete them sooner on request.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your photos. Contact your coordinator on WhatsApp or the clinic directly and we will respond promptly.
